Offers very powerful tools for freeform note taking.
Outstanding webclipping tool to capture sections of text from webpages, or the entire page\!

Unicode coding standards and so MyBase is able to handle English and non-western language text without any problems whatsoever. Some note-taking applications that I tested were not able to support Chinese characters leading to the corruption of text in documents.

> **Vantaggi**: I like that its offline and not a online server, you can make various notes and store images, files, pdf's or whatever you want into this database and find it pretty easy.  I have been using this software over 5 years and I like the encryption feature on it.  It's nice to store sensitive client network data in the database.

> **Inconvenienti**: That when you upload the file you have to put a text note in the database to refer to the .jpg, pdf, etc because it doesn't read or index that so you can find it when you have to search for it.
