It is my number one "core" management tool and I use it on a daily basis. The reporting tool (Exporter Pro) is indispensable for me as well. One way I use Exporter Pro is running scheduled reports on every server we have, in 15 locations. One feature I did like was the ability to renew my maintenance agreement for 1, 2 or 3 years. They now only allow 1 year renewals. And I have never looked back. It is packed with features that often cost significantly more. And they continue to improve and enhance the capabilities.
