> **Inconvenienti**: The canned emails are not great. You need to re-write with your own specific message or better yet copy the link and send it in an email or as a link in your invoices. The fees are very high and I hate that they send the statements in the mail and they are not accessible online.

> Customer payments. It is a great solution if your business is sending out invoices. The fees that they take whether debt or credit are pretty high.
