Commenti: I introduced Wooclap and projects with middle and higher management and experts of governmental institutions in foreign countries.They love the tool and the possibilities. People in the seminars were extremely attentive during the training as they knew that we will use bookclub in the end. We were actually the first foreign project who did that in this way.
Aspetti positivi:
In comparison to Mentimeter it is much better to use for different target groups. Especially, in technical projects, it gives many options to use. It is also very good to use in different languages. I tend to use Wooclap, bilingually, meaning I have the English question and the question in the foreign language at the same time in operated on the slide. That is very useful, especially when languages are not always covering technical details as specific as the English language.One can use it for students, but also on business level are in technical projects.
Aspetti negativi:
It is fantastic to have the possibility to incorporate the PPt presentation into Wooclap. However, when PowerPoint slides have animations, they are not displayed when presenting. And that makes it difficult to use this way.

Commenti: My main use of Wooclap is to create interactivity with my presentation content. It allows me to capture the audience's attention and engage them in a more active way.

The ergonomics and ease of use of Wooclap are excellent. There is no need for specific training or tutorials to understand and use Wooclap. The user interface is intuitive and user-friendly.
Aspetti negativi:
The integration into PowerPoint is not optimal. Therefore, I separate my PowerPoint presentation and open a separate Wooclap page in parallel. While this is not very convenient, it helps to avoid bugs.The customization and formatting options in Wooclap are limited. Ideally, it would be preferable to have customizable templates to cater to specific needs.

Commenti: I use Wooclap in my high school classroom to quickly gauge how well students have understood a concept and to get feedback from all students, not just the few that like to verbally participate in class.

As a high school teacher, I really like the way this software allows me to get responses from *all* students, especially the ones who might be reluctant to raise their hands or speak up in class. It is easy to set up and use and the wide variety of questions that can be asked makes it appropriate for numerous situations.
Aspetti negativi:
On occasion, the results only show up for a fraction of a second before disappearing. It's only happened twice, but there doesn't seem to be any reason for it to occur. Probably just a bug that needs to be worked out.

Useful tool in teaching
Commenti: Useful tool in the class to vary one's pedagogy. Provides instant feedback to the teacher about what has been understood, therefore enabling him/her to adapt the lesson content or know what to come back to in future lessons

The free version only offers 2 questions free. However, the paid versions are not that expensive and offer additional features like importing pdf files.

Commenti: Wooclap permet de rendre nos formations plus interactives et ludiques de manière très simple. Certains de nos formateurs n'ont que peu de temps à accorder à la pédagogie (à mon grand désarrois), et Wooclap palie à ce problème de temps.
Aspetti positivi:
Avec plus de 300 formateurs à notre actif, il nous fallait un outil à la fois simple, mais qui regorge également de possibilités pour les utilisateurs avertis.J'apprécie grandemment l'utilisation conjointe de PowerPoint qui permet au formateur de ne pas alterner entre l'outil de sondag et son outil de présentation. Tout se fait dans un seul et même univers.

Après avoir posé une question, le chat ne m'a jamais répondu, que ce soit dans le chat ou par mail. Sinon RAS

Commenti: J'adore Wooclap, outil très simple, très pratique, qui accompagne chacun de mes cours pour vérifier que les élèves ou les stagiaires ont compris, leur proposer de poser des questions, interagir avec eux.
Aspetti positivi:
La facilité pour créer des questionnaires, les partager, et les utiliser.Le nombre de participants qui peut atteindre des milliers, sans aucune difficulté (formations à distance pour 1800 personnes)
Aspetti negativi:
Dommage de ne pas pouvoir mélanger les questions d'un questionnaire en mode "compétition", ni d'avoir de la musique entrainante pour les rythmer. Il manque aussi à mon avis un mode automatique qui montre le classement après chaque question (ou toutes les 5 questions par exemple), car cela motive énormément les apprenants.

Bonne expérience en mode basique mais j'ai du mal à l'utiliser de façon avancée.
Pour trouver l'aide, il faut passer par le HelpCenter externe à l'application.

Commenti: He utilizado Wooclap en varias presentaciones que he dado en colegios sobre alimentación saludable. He encontrado que es una herramienta excelente para mantener a los estudiantes involucrados y comprometidos durante mis presentaciones. Me gusta crear cuestionarios y encuestas en tiempo real sobre temas de nutrición y hacer que los estudiantes participen y respondan en su dispositivo móvil.
Aspetti positivi:
Es fácil de usar y su interfaz es intuitiva, lo que permite crear actividades interactivas en cuestión de minutos. Además, la capacidad de Wooclap para proporcionar feedback instantáneo es una característica muy valiosa.
Aspetti negativi:
Lo que menos me gusta wooclap es que la versión gratuita es bastante limitada y para las veces que yo lo uso la versión de pago me resulta cara.

Pouvoir développer la formation en ayant, l'outil d'affichage des slides, des images de l'évaluation à chaud et du feedback des participants... C'est aventageux
Aspetti negativi:
Le mode competition est moins dynamique que des logiciels de type Kahoot
je ne comprends pas ce que je dois donner comme titre...
Commenti: utilisé surtout pendant la pandémie et j'ai bcp apprécié. A présent, en classe, je ne peux plus l'utiliser car les smartphones sont interdits sauf usage pédagogique... mais même avec usage pédagogique, sans accès permis au wifi, les élèves ne peuvent pas participer.... donc totalement inutile dans mon établissement scolaire qui restreint le wifi aux élèves à cause des abus précédents ou du manque de moyens de poser des bornes wifi pour toutes les classes.... Bref, encore un idéal (même ne europe)

visualiser les résultats d'un quizz en temps réel en classe avec les élèves

pas top pour l'implémentation des quizz en chimie.... écrire des équations n'est pas aisé. On préfère alors utiliser des "images" pour poser la question mais la mise en page devient dégueulasse sur smartphone... donc pas top.

Le logiciel se met régulièrement à jour de nouvelle fonctionnalité et c’est très chouette, après nous aimerions parfois qu’il en fasse plus mais je pense que c’est une question de temps. Très bel ergonomie, tarif attractif, facile à prendre en main.
Aspetti negativi:
L’export en pdf à améliorer et l’export de donnée pour une personne, ou alors la comparaison des élèves entre eux qui doit se faire par tableur peu intuitif

les questions se formalisent rapidement ! beaucoup de choix de questions, les différents styles demandent parfois un peu de techniques pour obtenir ce que l'on souhaite. L'assistance est très réactive et aide a finaliser le besoins !
Aspetti negativi:
les questions sont obligatoirement associer à un dossier. il n'y a pas de banque de questions "générales" pour creer un questionnaire a facon

Commenti: Avec Wooclap, nous avons uniformisé les évaluations. Grâce aux exports en Excell, nous pouvons rapidement rassembler toutes les évaluations pour avoir une vue d'ensemble.
Aspetti positivi:
Nous utilisons Wooclap dans toutes nos formations, l'outil est vraiment très simple à utiliser et permet une grande interactivité avec les apprenants. Il apporte une vraie touche ludique dans les formations pour tous publics tant l'interface est facile à utiliser.

Ce serait un vrai plus de pouvoir partir de questionnaires, sondages, ... déjà existants!
