> **Inconvenienti**: It marked about a fifth of our contacts as having opted out, then their support team never got back to us to help figure out how to resolve it.

> Very, very bad. DeBounce marked hundreds of contacts in our database as having opted out of email. This included current customers, active leads, and more. Some of them were just not plausible, and we even asked a few contacts if they had really opted out, and they said no. Then I realized \*my own\* email was marked as having opted out of our email. When trying to do outbound, about every fourth person we were trying to contact was marked as having opted out, so it really limted our sales, onboarding, and customer messaging. &#10;&#10;The worst part—we got ZERO response from their support team (and it's been over a month and a half). Finally HubSpot was able to help us get it resolved since DeBounce did nothing. &#10;&#10;Do not recommend.
