I have emails that go out to my clients every single week in a scheduled fashion and for whatever reason, the TO emails were getting deleted. After trouble shooting several things - the team even admitted this was a problem they were experiencing. When I reached out for help - not only did they take days to get back to me - but when I explained that this was causing customer service issues in my business and that I wanted a refund and to cancel the service - they canceled my service but denied my refund. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in dealing with a software company when things were clearly their fault. What I like most about Right Inbox is how intuitive it is to use. There's no "onboarding" time needed, I just installed it and immediately felt like a power user. > > **Inconvenienti**: Some of their features are overkill. They have one that expands links with an image and all this nonsense every time you add a link to an email. But you can turn that off, along with other features you're not using that are getting in the way.
