> **Vantaggi**: What I like the most is how feature-rich the platform is, even with the basic plan. It offers tools for marketing, sales, contact management, automations, and more. All in one place. 
The interface is intuitive and clean, which helps a lot when you're getting started.
The help desk team is absolutely fantastic. Fast, kind, and incredibly helpful every time I reach out. That level of support is not easy to find and really makes a difference, especially when you're learning the platform.

Engagebay isn't remotely the same and we've had perpetual problems with it. I, unfortunately, signed up for two years and am sorry I did. I'm now stuck with it.
