> **Vantaggi**: What I like the most is how feature-rich the platform is, even with the basic plan. It offers tools for marketing, sales, contact management, automations, and more. All in one place. 
The interface is intuitive and clean, which helps a lot when you're getting started.
The help desk team is absolutely fantastic. Fast, kind, and incredibly helpful every time I reach out. That level of support is not easy to find and really makes a difference, especially when you're learning the platform.

Email marketing has been successful in getting things out, and the way it's laid out to view open-rate, delivery rate, and clicks is very helpful, I will not lie. Sales logging has been achievable, and the Calendar works enough to still keep my organized, but it should be a better experience.
