Having the “human” interaction for implementing this kind of a waiver made a difference and one that if it was not there would’ve changed the outcome. The fact that their communication is crystal clear helps tremendously and that for us was the selling point.

> **Inconvenienti**: This is hard because we didn’t have bad experiences. In the first 2 days there were “glitches” but it was moreso on our end forgetting things that needed to be added on to the waivers and as a result having to reach out and get that corrected. Otherwise our experience has been fantastic\!

> Overall I’m beyond happy with their services and all they have to offer\! This truly does make a significant difference in our business and removes stress that would otherwise be a headache for us. Allowing to automate the process has been the most helpful thing.

> **Vantaggi**: The simplicity of the program.  No problems integrating into our FareHarbor booking system and all the waivers transfer within seconds to the reservation it is connected to.  Questions are answered quickly and any small problems we have encountered have been resolved essentially the same day.  So glad we switched from the other program we were using, Wherewolf suits out business needs much better.

> **Inconvenienti**: Some of the options could be highlighted better for less customer confusion.  Example: When selecting weight in pounds or kilograms, it looks like the other is selected from what you would like to choose.

> **Vantaggi**: Wherewolf was extremely easy to connect with and super easy to use, the support team always promptly reply to any queries,  the customer interface is also easy to use for all walk of life\!

> **Inconvenienti**: I can't think of any con's off the top of my head. Whenever we have any issues we create a support ticket which is promptly actioned. If the issues was not resolved right away then we are updated as the issue progresses to it's completion point. Maybe one con is where the system sometimes freezes; however I am not sure if that is at times our internet. I guess at times it take a while to sync, however again this could be out internet.
