> **Vantaggi**: The user interface is fairly friendly and easy to learn. It’s secure and does the job. Setup for new patients is fairly simple though there’s clear ways it could be improved. Seems like Jane has forums to support its customers with suggestions for features. Its value for the cost is workable for a company our size of about 30 employees. It makes booking appointments and changing them easy for customers.

> **Inconvenienti**: It does not talk to dynamics. I wish you could automatically send consent forms with pre design messages rather than having to copy and paste them from our SOPs
