Its pictograms in sitemap make IA and user flow more beautiful and usable, specially when we need to present it for our design customers\! The collaboration and communication options is so useful to accelerate the feedback process. I use this tool in our academy to educate IA and user flow instead of some general tools like Miro. Because it helps my students to understand the logical relation between information architecture and user flow design.
