A couple of months ago Youtube downloader stopped working. The developers keep claiming that it's a global problem with Python and that they have updated it and it's fixed, but the problem still remains. "Analyzing Failed" on every video from Youtube I try to download. Now the Video Converter doesn't even work anymore. It keeps on giving me errors. They have terrible customer support. I sent them an error log and they refused to accept it, instead they wanted screenshots of the error. We PAID for this software that now no longer works.
