It's extremely easy to use for anyone from a seasoned corporate user to someone in the field. Customer Service is easy to work with if you run into flow issues.

> **Inconvenienti**: Travel redemption is still lacking. It would be nice to book flights separately without a hotel or car.

> Assembly has significantly improved the way people show recognition within the company. Now you can attach a small monetary tip to really drive home how someone has helped you. It's nice to apply our internal values to the kudos, add emotes/gifs and messages. I also love being able to react to colleague's recognitions as well. It perks up anyone who receives a notification from Assembly. Especially the fact that redeeming the cards is instantaneous with a great variation on how you can redeem.

There are also different gift cards that we can redeem once the points are provided. It's always great to receive points as rewards and also be recognized. Overall, I found it to be the best platform.

> **Inconvenienti**: The least I like about Assembly is the customer support, which I feel can be much better. Since the feedback is always appreciated, I would recommend the team to be more active in instances for providing speedy resolution.
