Customer service is immediately responsive to our calls and resolves issues promptly. However, we have only had to call them twice over the last 2 years and our problem was rectified within minutes. Thank you!

Commenti: It was easy to purchase, easy to install, deploy, and start to use. However, after having several users doing a calling activity at the same time, the connections starts to fail

It is easy to use as any other phone provider, it has a good interface and a good reporting system.

It's server is weak, the connection will keep rebooting, which will eventually affect the operation if it is a large-volume one

Commenti: It’s been great. When there are glitches or problems they are responsive and clearly identify what happened and what they are doing to prevent it again. We’ve only had like a couple problem in several years compared to couple problems a month with previous option.

We have complete control with 100% flexibility to add and remove components. When covid hit and we wanted a separate curbside line less than 5 minutes and it is up and running. Desk phones or PC calling it has it all. Pricing is 100% clearly communicated and reasonable at the front end. Frequent updates and improvements. Unlimited digital faxes for free…

Aspetti negativi:

That free fax benefit could have a better interface…. Honestly hard to come up with cons as they don’t have any of the gripes I had or heard about other services.

Commenti: Very good experience with Intermedia Unite. They can give any size office the best product and support and that has helped our office greatly. I have the best software and techs out there for our office!

I buy software for our office based on the tech team that I talk with. If the tech team is willing to talk to me and answer my questions, then I know that the whole team wants our business. The sales teams are great but the tech team is what sales the product to me. After I purchase a product or service than I work with the tech team to make sure all is running smooth. The tech here at Intermedia Unite is the best that I have worked with and that means I can get a lot of work accomplished because I have a very good support software and team. Well worth having on my team. Best phone software out there!

Commenti: I am so pleased. Everyone in the office appreciates the functionality of the product, especially now that we are 'remoting' more and more. The ability to video conference on the fly is a lifesaver for our team; we can get our work done -- but stay 'connected' a bit more than just a traditional phone.

The best thing for us was implementing this just before the pandemic hit. We needed better unified communications and hosted phones for our team. The Intermedia onramp team was awesome, we had a single rep guiding us along -- which helped the consistency of the process. The setup was easier than we expected, the software easy to use once setup properly -- and it saves us $$$ every month.

Aspetti negativi:

The support, although seldom required -- can be a bit slow. Granted -- when you have trouble with your phones you want immediate help. The key, however -- is that when help is reached -- they seem to get us fixed-up in a jiffy.

Commenti: Initially I got valid, correct answers from Sales. My billing is consistent and accurate. I had one question about billing and got an immediate, understandable answer. When the service became live it worked. It was an easy transition. No emails were missing. My team was happy. And the spam, and hacks are so much less. It's amazing.

The interface, for the most part, works. Much better than Microsoft's 365 portal. And everyone speaks English!! And calls me back!!!

Aspetti negativi:

The passwords. Every time I use the portal I have to change my password. The login screen doesn't look at the username; instead it inserts a random user's credentials. After that it is not possible to reuse previous passwords. This happens to my entire team.

Good software for a small business

Commenti: Overall, Intermedia Unite is a good system at a fair price for small businesses. We like its versatility.

Aspetti positivi:

Our company has 24/7 phone service, but with staffing issues, this has been a challenge. With Intermedia Unite, we were able to set up an answering system for after hours that still gives the caller an option to reach a live dispatcher if the issue is urgent. Our remote staff is able to use their mobile phone to receive, make and transfer calls from our main number. We love the fact that we can have voicemails transcribed and sent via email.

Aspetti negativi:

The system can be complicated to utilize and we do have a fair number of calls that have poor connection or cut in and out. I wish that our automated alerts for wake-up calls would work with the after-hours service that we have set up.

Easy To Use Efficient Systems For Busy People

Commenti: I have to travel to multiple offices and the flexibility of the services to al most be in two places at once. It has really taken a lot worry out of servicing existing clients while travelling.

Commenti: The Intermedia Unite system is generally easy to use and user friendly. When I was new to it and as new questions came up with regards to using different functions, I reached out to tech support. The customer service by the Intermedia Unite customer service is top notch. The representatives have always been polite, knowledgeable, listen to my questions and have been efficient when helping me. Thankfully, due to their help, I haven't had any reasons to call back recently.

I appreciate the ability to use this system with an office phone, computer or with my cell phone. There is a lot of functionality and the interface takes a little getting used to but is generally easy.

Aspetti negativi:

The help online is ok but it could be more clear how to move through some of the screens to set up auto attendants and voicemails.

Intermedia Unite with VoIP service is superb

Commenti: Unite has enabled our team to stay in touch and fully functional even when we have to operate remotely - no small feat for a tiny firm. From our initial outreach to Intermedia to setup and installation it was obvious staff at Intermedia know their product and were able to walk me through even the most complex task quickly and easily. Response to trouble tickets is quick if they can't solve an issue directly over the phone.

The software is flexible and easy to use but also powerful. It is easy to navigate and features are self-explanatory.

Aspetti negativi:

It can be a little obtrusive at times - would be nice if it had a quick "silence" or "sleep" mode - maybe located in the window title bar to prevent the app from interrupting calls or covering other windows.

Commenti: Since initial set up, we have had a great experience with UNITE. We use it for our office phone and fax.

Being able to download the Intermedia ap and use my mobile phone when out of the office to answer business calls has been a great feature.

The costumer service was great when we originally set up the account. However, setting up the voicemail for our office was difficult and took longer than I felt it should.

Our management tools for customers are first rate and we have the potential to continue growing based solely on the products and services provided by Intermedia. I believe this is the way for small MSPs to continue to provide services and partner with giant in cloud, data and communications expertise in the cloud. You cannot go wrong here.

I like that there is no minimum character count for each message and that you are able to answer calls either a mobile app or a computer app version.

Aspetti negativi:

I do not like that previous text message conversations are easily lost and the search feature for contact names is not accurate. Also, there is a limit of how many conversations you can view on your sms screen.
