With tv advertising it’s probably the most known booking system for beauty industry. Some people search treatments through the app so it’s more than a booking system, it’s almost like a platform. > > **Inconvenienti**: Not great at integration with other system, can cause a lot of extra work if you’re running a busy salon as lack of integration is causing unnecessary wait of time (dealing with double booking) > > It’s well know platform and can give you new customers, which can be crucial especially when you’re starting. They take rather big commissions on first booking but rebooking is more fair. But great at integrating with other calendars and can take a lot of extra time to deal with that issue (including double booking). Had two very bad experiences with the customers ( being rude and abusive ) asked treatwell to block them response was ‘nothing we can do about it\! ‘ Charging new customers fee even for regular customers that booked in the past \! If they haven’t booked within certain period . High monthly fees. Plus over the roof commission. We have no rights to choose the customers. I had a customer who rescheduled 5 times within a month \! Loss and treatwell won’t do anything about it .
