Commenti: I use Wayleadr to book parking place. I can connect from my professional PC but also from my personal phone. The interface is very clear:
- My car is already registered.
- I just have to select the date and validate : it takes less than 5 minutes to do the booking.
- The status of my request appears immediately in a synthetic table

I use Wayleadr to book parking place. - e-mail reminder to book parking place are not necessary - It is necessary to go back to the system to have confirmation of the approval of the request. It will be easier to receive an e-mail message.

The Wayleadr is very user-friendly and intuitive. In Wayleadr, users can easily book parking spaces at their desired time and day for up to a month, and they can also easily cancel or release spaces any time. With the app, users can check today's availability, and book one if it is available.

Aspetti negativi:

I usually reserve EV spots twice a week. However, with the lottery system, I sometimes get EV spots for two days in the same week for several weeks, while other times I don't get any EV spots for weeks. It would be better to secure an EV spot at least once a week, or at least every two weeks.

Nothing in particular, just the fact that my work colleagues forget to release their car park when they are not in the office. 😄 As a suggestion, would it be possible to send people some regular reminders to release their car park if they are not coming to the office? You might already do that but as I have no allocated car park, I don't know if reminders are sent to people who have an allocated one.

Aspetti positivi:

Ease of use, beautiful slick UI that was clear and logical. Haven't had any issues like lag, wrong data, double booking, crashing, etc.

Aspetti negativi:

Opacity of algorithm that decides who gets a spot. There are not enough car spots where I work, so there is an algorithm to ensure it is "fair" for everyone. Carpooling could be more obvious, needs to be easier to organise. Small nitpick, if I select the 2 week or month view, I'd like it to persist. I could go to my profile for example, and return, and it would have changed back to the 1 week default view.

Commenti: We have found the app fantastic, it's in use every day in our office and we have waitlists for using our carpark on our employee anchor days in the office. The account managers are fantastic and the support team are too - quick and efficient and always on hand to support.

Reduces admin heavy tasks, helps employees self manage from bookings to access. Increased use of carpark as a result.

Aspetti negativi:

Some teething problems with installing GSM unit for opening gate remotely but this was more an issue with unit supplier rather than Wayleadr

Commenti: All the time I need a parking spot, I can book in advance. Would be great if there will be an option (like 9:00 am once the office starts) to release your space if you are finally not in the office (like a reminder). Based on phone location it can confirm that you parked.

Easyness, Quick and easy solution. I can book for both my private and personal car and no need to be worry that I will not have a parking spot at workplace.

No option to request area (like place for a person with temporary disability (broken leg) etc. with more space to leave the car (side place, next to aisle place, no in the middle). Showing me full occupacy

An easy to use fair car park management solution

Commenti: Good - clear and easy to use and a fair way of allocating spaces.

Easy to use and set up, I am able to request a space. My company has a couple of carparks and while I normally request a space in one car park, it will reallocate me to the other if there is not a space available (as it does have a limited number of spaces).

I think there could be improvement by allowing specific timeslots as well as days (though that might just be the way it has been configured)

Wayleadr - Makes your parking easier

Commenti: Overall, Wayleadr provides a great solution on the difficulty we have to find a parking spot. It also reduces the stress that comes along with that difficulty, and it saves us valuable time.

Wayleadr is a great app for requesting and booking a parking spot, the app is user-friendly and very simple, you just select your preference dates and request a space. Moreover, it sends a reminder once a week which is very helpful and it gives you the possibility to release your space if needed, helping a colleague find a place to park as well.

Aspetti negativi:

Even though I am very satisfied with the app I would appreciate it if there was a waiting list in case somebody haven’t found a parking spot and to be notified accordingly when parking spots are available rather than constantly refreshing the app to check for availability
