The softphone app works great on both laptop and mobile, making it super convenient to handle calls and client SMS messages on the go. On top of that, you get fantastic value for money compared to legacy providers, and whenever we've reached out to customer support, their phone support team was responsive, friendly, and fixed our issues quickly.

> **Inconvenienti**: We hit a couple of minor bugs and connection glitches with the mobile softphone app early on, usually after a new update rolled out, though restarting the app generally fixed it. The app user interface feels a bit dated compared to some modern messaging tools. Also, while standard phone support is great during normal business hours, getting quick technical help late in the evening or over the weekend can be a little slower.
