A simple and intuitive tool for conversational flow design
Commenti: We used to visualize and build some dialogues that had a lot of information. It gives a good idea of how it looks on the chosen channel and on the devices.

I like the tool a lot in terms of usability, because the user friendly and intuitive interface. It is very simple to draw the dialogues, share them with colleagues and even see a preview as a presentation.

As I haven't used the tool for a long time, I have no negative perception. It served well what was proposed.
Great for writing dialogue, less great for more tech savvy people
