> **Vantaggi**: In the past I spent hours set up contract documents and plan sets in our plan room for contractors to purchase.  Then there was the record keeping of all Planholders and issurance of all addenda with follow up there as well.  With Civcast we simply upload the documents.  Civcast takes care of the rest.  Any questions asked by contractors are quickly sent to the Project Managers who answers it once and it automatically goes to all planholders.  When we upload addenda they immediately are sent to all planholders.

> **Inconvenienti**: Occasionally, there is a slight glitch in the software but that is the case with all software.  Tech support is SUPER and quick\!\!\!
