AND it doesn't cost a fortune and you don't need to pay extra for any features that is included in the whole system, it's all just available, it works and customer support is fast \& so helpful. The email application works perfectly, our emails have been looking so much better, more professional and it's really easy to navigate. We have rolled out the system to over 200 of our leaders by now and everyone loves it and it's been really user friendly. > > **Inconvenienti**: The only thing that can be improved is perhaps under the Follow ups it is sometimes difficult to see who created a follow up if the Responsible person is removed. And it might be helpful to give the person that created the follow up a notification once the follow up has been completed. > > Absolutely love it, on it every day, has changed the whole ball game for us. I love that they are actively receiving feedback and implementing new features all the time. I also really appreciate how easy it is to use. I had to train some of our older members to use it for logging our collections, and they were resistant at first. But they've been doing it for exactly 6 months now and have told me that it's much easier to use than our previous software. They've been able to develop a deeper understanding of how to use it and so they can intuitively troubleshoot their own issues without calling out to me for help\!
