> **Vantaggi**: It was a little less expensive than the competition, which is why we chose it. Over time, we've found it very useful. Even just things like checking the audio video sync before going live... it's a huge advantage to have a service like this.

> **Inconvenienti**: Sometimes it logs me out in the middle of a session. This is just an annoyance, it's not a huge deal but logging back in to start the stream can be a little annoying.
> 
> At first we used it for multi-streaming to try to grow our audience by pushing to various services and it worked great for that. Now we use it as a relay. It seems to reduce our latency to Twitch and it allows us to do some checks before the show goes live.

Apart from a faultless service, the staff are always eager to answer any questions and help in anyway they can. 
Fast response times and an understanding attitude.

> **Inconvenienti**: The billing and data allowance information and email alerts are very unclear. I don't know if that is  intentional or not but it's the feeling that I get.

> In terms of service and what they provide caster is an all-in-one solution that covers everything I could possibly need their pricing is a little up there but what they offer certainly makes up for it. It's the best option out there for your live streaming needs I couldn't think of going to another platform.
