Commenti: I think it's great and defiantly provides us with an easy way to gather reviews from our patients.

We started utilizing the Doctilbe service so we could easily gather Google reviews from our exiting patients. We went from only having 5 Google reviews to 99 5 start reviews. We also have the reviews connected to our website as a testimonials page and have over 900 5 star reviews there as well.

Aspetti negativi:

My biggest problem with the software is the fact that we still had a lot of people simply entering a review with Doctible but not taking the extra step to visit Google. I spoke to a rep today and apparently there has been a change on that format. I'm excited that the new text will provide us with even more great google reviews.

Online reviews are so important

Commenti: Our experience has been great. They call and check in a couple times a year to make sure everything is going well. They have other products that we don't use because our in house software does them, but they still check to see if we want to try any of them. The few times we have had questions they have been quick to help us. I have already recommended them to several other practices.

Doctible is easy. Easy to set up, use and maintain. We already had a great reputation after being here for 40 years, but people don't always go and add their own review without being asked. Doctible worked with our software to ask our patients, via text or email, for feedback and to review our practice after their visit. People started leaving reviews and we now have over 1000 between google and Facebook. Most reviews were great, a couple weren't, but either way it gave us a chance to engage with the patients and try to improve when needed. As the world goes more and more digital it is vital to have reviews to give potential new patients the information they need to decide if we would be a good fit for them. I rarely have to make changes to doctible, but on the rare occasion someone asks to be taken off the review list, it is easy to do.

Hmm. Hard to think of one. I wish it were free? Or less expensive? It is still well worth it.

Doctible is very user friendly. The patients love that they can text, the appointment reminders are great. The ease of also using the campaign to send out messages to more than one patient at a time is nice.

The fact the campaigns can only be emailed and not able to text if over 500 people

Horrible customer service once your sign up

Commenti: Horrible and still bad, but you signed and they don't care that they don't have all the features, that they have .

Once they get you signed up, you are persona non grata to them, off to the next victim. Don't sign contract until you know that they are not fully integrated with Dentrix.

The convenience of review management, patient communications, and marketing all in one easily navigable online portal. The support team is also super helpful and easily contactable.

Aspetti negativi:

The only downside of Doctible is it currently does not write directly into our practice management software so we are missing out on some of its features but nonetheless the features we can utilize are extremely helpful.

I would tell anyone that the customer service and level of professionalism with Doctible is top tier. Doctible is always there to help when you need them.

What i kike the most about Doctible is that my confirmation are alway done and out of the way we like that the inform our patients bout there upcoming visits and what and when it is needed.

I like that it gives patients the option to go on to Google or Facebook and leave a review right from the doctible text message.

Aspetti negativi:

Patients used to be able to leave a star rating directly on Doctible and that feature was taken away. Now to leave a star rating they HAVE to go on to google or facebook.

Commenti: Online reviews have become highly influential in customer acquisition. Traditionally a business would spend a lot of money of marketing and advertising to get people into the door. However in the past decade or two people have come to be swayed by what other customers have said about an establishment over colorful signage and a catchy slogan from the company.

The ease of being able to send off review requests with a click of a button has been great for easily being able to collect feedback from our patients. The majority of our new patients say that our online reviews is why they wanted to come to us.

Excellent and effective tool

Aspetti positivi:

It's great that the office staff can text the patients in real-time. We can communicate like a "regular" person with the patient and seem more connected (but still professional) that way. And it's great that Doctible is easy to use, due to the way that it's website is creatively layed out.

The integration is seamless...all these years, don't remember having an issue where Doctible disconnected from Dentrix. And it's easy to use and communicate with patients.. I honestly like Doctible.

Consistent reputation managment

Commenti: Doctible has been a great resource to receive patient feedback and reviews. We couldn't be happier!

Aspetti positivi:

Doctible sends out review requests. It is nice that the patient can determine what platform they would like to review us on: Google, Facebook, or Internal are the platforms we chose. It is great to hear people's feedback on the automatic email we receive after every review. The system is pretty much just set it and forget it as everything is taken care of!

Our office does not have any complaints regarding Doctible.
