> **Vantaggi**: The ease with which it could be deployed in our environment. It was by far the quickest component to add to our global registry and repository of advance care planning information.

> **Inconvenienti**: I cannot think of any features that are missing for how we use the product. However I do wish I could use Verato for types of services such as NIST identity proofing. I also wish they supported consumer in other countries.

> The company was easy to work with from day one. Once our agreement was signed we scheduled a kick-off meeting and within a couple of weeks we were up and running. Probably would have gone faster if we had focused our attention on the integration.

> **Vantaggi**: This product has a great user interface to support improvements in matching, able to review buckets of patients that are near matches or that have concerns.   It's back end API calls are pretty straight forward.   The quality of the matching is high, and though all software has issues, the customer support is very responsive.

> **Inconvenienti**: I wish this product had more user access to creating reports on their database or more canned reports we could have made to run ad hoc.
> 
> We have a close working relationship with Verato and feel like they are responsive and are part of our team in identifying areas of improvement and resolving issues if they arise.

> **Vantaggi**: The most important aspect of Verato services is that it's probably the only eMPI that is cloud based which gives the customer flexibility to scale up and becoming free of on-premise deployment complications, besides the sophisticated patient identity matching engine with over 85% matching power.

> **Inconvenienti**: The only thing that is missing in my opinion is the adoption of HL7v3 which may be needed for some systems in the US
