> **Vantaggi**: The WhatsApp CRM system allows me to add a funnel and tag to each contact and segment them for the next action. The ease of implementation also makes it newbie easy to use the system without the need to go thru complicated onboarding steps.

> **Inconvenienti**: I don't really find anything that I dislike. However, I was told currently they are non GDPR compliant which I think they are still in the midst of getting this. So hopefully they can cover this soon.

> I have been using this product for 3 years (before this they were called WhatsHash) and so far so good. I can see they have a vast improvement over the years where from merely a WhatsApp CRM system, they are now becoming an eCommerce solution as well. &#10;&#10;Their support is very efficient and responsive.

And the team should speed up in term of developing other important features for businesses, not only the stability of the software but also the ecosystem of the system for example payment gateway, advertisement and greater customization provided individually. As different businesses required different features and functions for the ease of their unique operations. Overall this is a great start and this software is still the best in the field so far.
