Thank you very much for your honest feedback. You can change the child profile by going to menu --> Child Profile --> Click edit button on top right corner. You would not be able to add any authorized person from your app, that needs to be done by school. For messaging, if your school has not opted for it, you won't be able to use it. Please check with your daycare if they have opted for messaging with the app or not. Once again thank your for your support and feedback. I love the basic design of this app - the photos and the daily report. The photos are of good quality which makes the experience even better.

Easy to use but couldn't download picture

It is easy to use and share inforatmion with other app.
Aspetti negativi:
I couldn't load the picture from it, try several times, it pops ups error message. Not sure this issue is from the app or phone setting.
