My $399 payment thru Stripe doesnt show up in their billing system - "No records found" on their Add-ons page even tho the \[sensitive content hidden\] confirmed payment in writing. Automation runs advertised as 500/month, workspace shows 100. No invoice after 2+ months for an EU business. Zero communication about any of this - no status page, no email, nothing. > > Started with high expectations, invested $894 total. The web UI deliverd on its promises but once you try to build anything serious on top of the API it all falls apart. 3 weeks of complete API downtime with zero proactive communication from the team. Had to diagnose their server bug myself. Support was great during sales, went silent after payment. The two main use cases I've started using with Stackby are as a Digital Asset Management System (for my business and I've set up one of my clients in the same way ... they purchased multiple codes also) and as a Deal Management System for financial transactions. Given I'm in the PE/VC space I was pleasantly surprised that the system had relevant templates for this industry already out of the box, in addition to loads of other (what look like) very useful templates. I've poked around several and love how the one's I've checked out have been put together.
