It's super clear and there has been going a lot of attention to make everything looks nice. As a UI/UX designer i prefer that the software that i use also supports the user with a good user experience. I can definitely say that it feels easy to use and it's way better to make decisions based on data and off course monitor where necessary. Oh and off course the support through the chat is amazing. I ran into a issue and i got help immediately through the chat and it was solved in minutes. It was promising at first and also the founder was nice to chat with. Whoever needs a solid overview of his business should test this app. It has basic data analysis. I had my fair share of joy with shoppr.ai but over the months I could sense that this software is getting abandoned. The Webpage looks outdated and the app to login is no longer secured by a simple SSL certificate. Sadly this good product had so much potential to be a thorough competitor as ecommcer analytics tool. Tru it was lacking more data but it could be improved and developed.
