In a world where the risk of applicant answers being generated from LLMs, this was a great way to really understand the people and personalities behind the answers and allow the best applicants to shine. > > **Inconvenienti**: My single biggest regret was not knowing about Hireflix before. It provided me massive comfort that I was selecting the best applicants rather than applicants who were most creative around LLMs. > > I used Hireflix to help shortlist Cambridge University students for a programme that I am running. It was straightforward for me to use and it was equally simple for the applicants to leave their responses. It turned what might have been a nightmare into something that was a pleasure to use. Look forward to using it again and again. ----- ### "Game-Changer for our Small Nonprofit’s Hiring Process" — 5.0/5 > **Rebecca** | *3 giugno 2026* | Gestione di organizzazioni non profit | Tasso di raccomandazione: 10.0/10 > > **Vantaggi**: What I liked most about Hireflix was how much time it saved while still allowing us to thoroughly evaluate candidates. As a small nonprofit, we received more than 90 applications, and Hireflix made it easy to manage a large applicant pool through one-way video interviews. The platform’s ability to organize, sort, rank, and compare responses helped our team collaborate effectively and make informed hiring decisions. It streamlined the entire screening process without sacrificing the personal insights that come from hearing directly from candidates. > > **Inconvenienti**: We did not experience any significant drawbacks while using Hireflix. The platform was easy to use, reliable, and delivered exactly what we needed to streamline our hiring process. Our experience was overwhelmingly positive. > > Hireflix was a game-changer for our small nonprofit’s hiring process. We received more than 90 applicants, and Hireflix helped us efficiently narrow down candidates while still allowing a large group to respond to interview questions on camera. The ability to sort candidates, rank responses, and collaborate as a team made the hiring process much more organized and effective. It saved us a significant amount of time while helping us make thoughtful hiring decisions. ----- ### "Strong Product - Great Support" — 5.0/5 > **John** | *30 settembre 2020* | Consulenza manageriale | Tasso di raccomandazione: 8.0/10 > > **Vantaggi**: The software itself has a simple interface and is very simple to use and deploy, and zapier integration is a must for us to build cohesive integrations to other parts of the hiring process. More than anything though, the infectious enthusiasm of the team to develop the product and involve clients in that journey means we're fully bought into the future direction of Hireflix and that today's product is only the beginning. > > **Inconvenienti**: I generally love the concept of employers uploading video questions, if it's done right......but being forced to upload a video for every question is not ideal if you're either a: not particularly photogenic, or b: not particularly confident, as this just shows your company in a bad light. Also the 'prep time' for candidates were rather lacking in options Having reached out for support on this point, I received an immediate answer and workaround though the solution wasn't obvious/intuitive > > Support has been exceptional, the team are really on the ball and willing to work with clients to develop features to enhance the product for both the candidate and employer's benefit. Working with Hireflix to demo some new features was a great experience, and their future releases including supporting employers and hiring managers in the design of recruitment funnels and automation of screening was enlightening for us as an employer, and Hireflix as a provider. ----- ### "Easy to use and such a time saver\!" — 5.0/5 > **Robin** | *9 giugno 2026* | Servizi finanziari | Tasso di raccomandazione: 9.0/10 > > **Vantaggi**: Ease of use and great for candidate screening, saving time. Easy to set up and start using right away. > > **Inconvenienti**: It's a clean, straightforward platform, so there's not much not to like\! Candidate progress and tracking is easy. > > Great support team and interactions. We were able to find a new hire quickly, in part based on the video from the platform. ----- ### "Pre-qualifying candidates made easy with genuine video responses" — 5.0/5 > **Leon** | *20 novembre 2025* | Ingegneria civile | Tasso di raccomandazione: 10.0/10 > > **Vantaggi**: Hireflix makes it incredibly easy to pre-qualify a large number of candidates without drowning in CVs and emails. The one-way video format lets us see how people communicate, think on their feet, and present themselves, so it feels far more genuine than text answers in a world full of AI-generated applications. I also like that everyone answers the same set of questions, which makes it much easier to compare candidates fairly and build a strong shortlist quickly. Being able to review videos in my own time and share them with colleagues has made our early-stage screening much faster and more consistent. > > **Inconvenienti**: Nothing bad to say about the software, its great. On the other side of things, some candidates are still nervous about video, so a few good people don’t always show their best side in this format. Make sure to have calm intro videos to set the tone. > > Overall, Hireflix has helped us cut a huge amount of time out of the early recruitment process while improving the quality of our shortlist. Instead of scheduling dozens of first-round calls, we send a single Hireflix link, review the responses, and only invite the best candidates to a live interview. The video responses give us a much more authentic feel for each person than reading through AI-polished CVs and cover letters. It has become a core part of how we hire and I’d struggle to go back to the old way of doing first-round interviews. ----- Pagina: 1/12\ Avanti: [Pagina successiva](https://www.capterra.it/software/196754/hireflix?page=2) ## Link - [Visualizza su Capterra](https://www.capterra.it/software/196754/hireflix) ## Questa pagina è disponibile nelle seguenti lingue | Lingua | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | de-CH | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-IL | | | en-IN | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-AR | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-CR | | | es-DO | | | es-EC | | | es-MX | | | es-PA | | | es-PE | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | fr-LU | | | it | | | ja | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pl | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | | tr | | ----- ## Dati strutturati
