No more waiting on a "check in the mail" or having to advance funds and trust that the client is good for it. The payment portal is branded so the client will trust the payment portal. It doesn't appear to be a third party processor, but looks and feels like an in-house solution, giving added trust on the client's end. > > **Inconvenienti**: I have had no complaints with ePayPolicy, the company or the platform. It has performed as advertised. > > Highly satisfied. The system is very user friendly for the agency and the client. You are given instant notification of payments.
