Aspetti positivi:
There's so much to like, but if I had to pick a favorite aspect of Spider AF, it's the support. Within 2mins of starting a live chat to ask a question, I was in a video call with one of their reps talking about my needs and getting my questions answered. They've been committed and knowledgeable, honest and thorough. Everything you could ever hope for in a service.
Aspetti negativi:
The only slight downside for me personally is that a lot of the agents I interacted with were in a far time zone from me. That said, they went the extra mile to add me on slack and are responsive even way outside their work hours when I have a question, so that's really well mitigated as well.

The cost-effectiveness of the product is very impressive. Also, the staff is very responsive, courteous, and quick to respond, so there are few problems.
Aspetti negativi:
I would like to see more plans, as a wide variety of plans would broaden the scope of our use. Also, we would like to know in more detail to what extent ad-fraud is prevented.

I don't need to spend a lot of time on it, the service would do AD fraud detection automatically for me.Also the price is reasonable, customer support is kind and heartful.
Aspetti negativi:
Maybe the variety of frauds are hard to explain to other people.But that is not the service's fault.

- Very user-friendly dashboard. By digging down into SpiderAF's dashboard, we were able to see the detailed analysis of impressions/clicks distribution, outdated devices, developer's browsers, etc. then found out which publishers and how they delivered bad traffic. - The customer support team of Phybbit works really effectively. They helped us not only in interpreting the analysis but also in continuously developing new functions based on our requests.
Aspetti negativi:
- Understanding that it is not easy to measure the viewability but that's one of the main features that we're looking for at the moment, so it would be great if they have the analysis of this category.
