Most of the software we tested on the field does NOT work properly for our needs. When I tested the geo fencing / time sheets / building allocation to different staff and offline punch in / punch out from each location, most software failed. Here is what I deemed critical for janitorial: 1) Staff can punch in/out of each location (when at that location only) 2) Staff cannot see any other buildings in app, other than what is assigned to them 3)Dashboard (on web browser) can display each building with weekly time spent by one or more staff, so I can verify weekly / monthly time spent 4) Offline punch in/out - if no wifi / no cell connection, app can still punch in/out and when back online, hours uploaded to server 5) app does not track staff when they are logged out 6) if staff leaves geofence, they are logged out 7) QR code specific to site-locations (example: to verify staff actually went to that emergency exit 6th floor staircase that is supposed to be cleaned once every two weeks, not every 6 months or never) The only app that does all this is Clean Smarts https://www.cleansmarts.com/ (except \#6 - you get a geolocation violation but they are fixing this) > > **Inconvenienti**: 6) if staff leaves geofence, they are logged out - (this isn't implemented yet) ----- ### "Recommend for Cleaning Companies" — 5.0/5 > **Jeramy** | *28 agosto 2025* | Servizi ambientali | Tasso di raccomandazione: 10.0/10 > > **Vantaggi**: Seamless messaging keeps your team connected, while customizable locations and shifts let you tailor the system to your operational needs. Do not follow up when they say they will. We are looking at other software currently.
