Great customer service. CEO disposition to walk customers through accessibility and different payment option. Of course more than anything it takes complexity out of complex KYC process and best of all, it helps automate the processes.

Aspetti negativi:

There's a few bugs that cause some loading screens in the portal. However, this is normal for such an extensive product.
