Customer service usually responded within a day. > > **Inconvenienti**: Very time-consuming and not efficient. For example, if you want to send an invoice to a customer, you have to copy code every single time in order to do so. Another example is having to enter all the dates individually for a new tour. I.e. you can't just enter a date range. Based on that information, we spent the weekend building an API integration. After reaching out to onboard, they suddenly started screening us and informed us that we would need to push at least €500k in revenue through the platform before they would even consider onboarding us. None of this is stated on their website. If there are minimum revenue requirements or restrictions on API access, they should clearly disclose that upfront instead of advertising a low-cost plan and open API access. This ended up being a complete waste of time and development effort on our side. They seriously need to update their website and be transparent about their requirements. > > Our overall experience was extremely frustrating.
