The cost is amazing. It has almost all of the features of a shop software that costs well over $200 a month. It interface is easy to use and the client portal is awesome. A feature that I haven't found anywhere else.

Easy to use and saves me lots of headache and time. Which time is money, so essentially the app is making me money!

Takes some playing with to figure out everything but nothing to complicated.

Commenti: I like that overall is simple to use, it does the trick and it is cheaper than other software programs, more than enough for a small shop like mine.

I like that is cheaper than other apps that are $300 + monthly
Aspetti negativi:
Customer support takes a long time, or what I need is not answered, monthly reports can not be printed and are confusing. You have to continue saving every page that can be annoying or you lose everything.

Aspetti negativi:
When importing parts from parts tech if if forgot or have to add parts after importing it will import everything not just what you added.

Commenti: Been using ARI for 2 years, and works as designed. Love how fast support responds when there is an issue.

Parts tech built in, ease of use the functionality of being able to Ed parcheck and square and your abilities to have Carfax built in for repair history makes it so much easier to function

Lack of features. I would love to see the ability to create an estimate inside an open work order.

I like that it actually works, and I have been able to send invoices and keep track of vehicles.

I would say it has small glitches sometimes and with certain items fixed like sending email invoices, saving maintenance labor cost better, customer could approve/deny from their end would make it a great system.

Commenti: Good it is a good tool. Bad is parts inventory tracking it always seems to be incorrect.

Commenti: I am very satisfied with this product. Its very cost conscious and fits in well with my business on a day to day use. I have the mobile app on my phone, so i can access my customers and business anytime.

I've been using it since early on in the product and it's constantly getting added features, tweaks, and useful content without any increase in price. It's easy to use, easy for customers to access, and all services accurately show up in Carfax now.

Searching customers by name or address isn't always good, it seems to focus on first name more than anything else.

Startup mechanic shop that fell in love with ARI
Aspetti positivi:
The ease of access and the multiple trial estimates and invoices made giving Ari test drive I really wanted to give it and fell in love with it.
Aspetti negativi:
So far the only downside that I'm not fond of is I don't really need a rep to give me a call every 2 weeks every couple months would be better. The app has an outstandingly great communication with support that we can create a ticket if there is a problem or if we have a question.

We are a small shop that is just getting started. We needed a way to keep track of clients in an organized fashion. ARI allows us to organize customer information and access it seamlessly. It is also simple to write invoices & estimates.
Aspetti negativi:
They are continuously updating the software and making it more user friendly. I do not like the visual look of ARI and that is just cosmetic.

Thanks a lot for your feedback!| We are working on a more modern interface which should work much better, especially on big screens! Hopefully we'll have a preview out on a week or so!
