Their complete lack of data integrity and abysmal customer service have been nothing short of shocking. Despite multiple requests—five, to be exact—to delete my data and stop emailing me, Wati.io has continued to flood my inbox with spam. This disregard for my requests is utterly unacceptable. It's alarming that a company like Meta would associate themselves with such an unprofessional service. Wati.io seems to have no respect for customer privacy or preferences, which is particularly concerning given the sensitive nature of the data they handle. I urge everyone to avoid signing up with Wati.io at all costs. Save yourself the headache and frustration—this company is not worth your time or trust. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH WATI.IO!
