Which is problematic when you take into account spam and bots. I was paying for people I wasn't even talking to.

However, this is only contact data and not behaviors. A more comprehensive integration on the CRM contact record that links to ManyChat's SMS and chat activity would be very useful for sales lead scoring and customer service.
