Ease of use and the mobile app has made expense reporting an easy process. Approvals are easy to review and allow for quick logging of expenses by GL codes.

Aspetti negativi:

WE really have not experienced any issues during transition and ongoing experiences with RAMP

Commenti: Love love love it! It saves our business countless hours of expense reporting and management.

Aspetti positivi:

This software makes no room for your team not to provide receipts for expense reporting. I also love the multiple digital credit cards with active/non-active controls. You can also set-up automatic lock on cards that are missing information or receipts. And it's essentially free.

Aspetti negativi:

The UX could be improved on the missing items page.

Commenti: Was great until the ramp business limit was suddenly reduced without warning and froze all the credit cards. Looking into the market for alternative products after this occurred.

Aspetti positivi:

The ease of use and visual appearance. I also appreciated the spend control functions offered and Ramp Flex products.

Aspetti negativi:

The unpredictable nature of the moving business limit. Very hard to predict and currently looking at other products after a surprise drop in limit and freezing of cards.

Ramp is a must for start ups

Commenti: Their corporate card is easy to use and has the proper controls in place to ensure security and spend control. It really shines on the software side, and everybody who is an admin has direct access into how people are using corporate spend. The card is trustworthy.

Aspetti positivi:

Ramp is affordable, a smart software, and allows me to track everything I need to track as far as AP goes. I have direct insight into how my employees spend and I am able to categorize + organize everything into one software.

Aspetti negativi:

Ramp actually solves all of our use cases so I don't have any cons at the moment.

If someone complains about Ramp, they are probably being paid by a competitor.

Commenti: At our company, Ramp replaced the incredibly convoluted Concur system so the expectations were low and Ramp blew them out of the water. With Concur, each expense was a 30-90 second process. Using Ramp I can process all 25 of my expenses in 3 minutes.

It is so quick to track expenses and capture receipts.

Aspetti negativi:

I'm not sure if it is a company option that has been overlooked, but when requesting reimbursement for mileage, I'm required to provide a receipt. That doesn't make sense. I'm having Ramp calculate my mileage so there is no receipt.

Ramp is fun and easy to use!

Aspetti positivi:

I like how approachable and user-friendly Ramp is. It has a really simple interface and straightforward features. I love Ramp's receipt matching integration with my work Gmail, and I also like how easy it is to text a receipt to Ramp and have it matched. The previous software my company used didn't provide a physical card which was really inconvenient, so I'm glad I can have a physical and/or virtual work card through Ramp.

Aspetti negativi:

From the perspective of an employee who just uses Ramp for monthly expenses and reimbursements, I don't have much negative feedback.

Excellent product, best automated AP solution out there!

I love that I can have all my expense management tool in one place. I also love that the platform is automated to read invoices. Ramp is aslo free plus they pay the company 1.5% on all credit card purchases. Win, win, win.

Ramp Review - Easy to Use!

My favorite software product

Commenti: Absolutely love how user-friendly Ramp is. Saves time, money and overall my favorite accounting product.

It was extremely easy to set up, link to our existing GL (Netsuite), and learn to navigate. We had an option to try it out

Aspetti negativi:

Not being able to enter banking instructions under out of pocket reimbursements on behalf of the employees.

My Ramp

Sometimes the reimbursement feature is confusing to use. This may be a result of how my company management asked for reimbursement to be configured.

RAMP changed our Lives for the better

Commenti: Happy that we made the change, it was one of the best vendor decisions that we made in many years. I recommend them to everyone.

The hours saved for our accounting department, chasing expense reports and missing receipts.

As far as functionality is concerned I disliked nothing, there has been one negative but i dont think it is RAMPs fault. I have had my credit card shut off and replaced about yearly.

Ramp is a Game Changer

Aspetti positivi:

Ramp is a simple to use everyday credit card for our company. Were able to expense costs, manage the receipts due to the multiple ways we can send in, i.e. email, pictures, Tex message, in the app itself or physically online. Makes the "i lost my credit card receipt" a thing of the past!

Aspetti negativi:

not much I can say that i don't like about the card, I guess my only issue is that we cant customize the color/ design of the card. would love to see our LOGO on the cards

Ramp is a life saver.

Aspetti positivi:

We use virtual credit cards to reduce risk when paying online vendors. If one vendor has a data breach I do not need to worry that our other services will experience any downtime due to missed payment while dealing with one bad vendor. I also really like how easy it is for our small business to get new employees up and running with travel expenses.

Aspetti negativi:

There is something weird going on with the integration with Gusto and everyone in the company keeps being re-assigned to the same department despite manually fixing it every time I see an error. I think the issue is because of how we track people in Gusto, so not really Ramp's problem.

Ramp Rocks

Aspetti positivi:

The ease of use for the cardholders. Employees can take a picture of the receipt real time and enter a memo and department,

Aspetti negativi:

We can't upload to our Quickbooks Enterprise therefore, every transaction needs to be reentered again.

Amazing ease of use!

Aspetti positivi:

Ramp makes expensing purchases extremely quick, efficient, and easy. All I have to do is forward any emailed confirmation or receipt I get to Ramp and it automatically uploads to my account, where I can just type a memo the expense was for and select which account it should be billed to. It makes life so much easier for expensing the amount we do!

Aspetti negativi:

The only thing I don't like so far is that sometimes my account wants me to go through multi-step authentication constantly, whereas other times it doesn't require it. It's the times that I have to type in a code when I've already been logged in through the day repeatedly that can be annoying, but it's a security measure and I understand.

Say goodbye to cumbersome expense reports!

It is so much easier to take a picture of receipts on-the-spot, rather than collecting them and submitting them via a traditional expense report.

Aspetti negativi:

I wish there were a way to record mileage. I also don't like the system's feature of "deleting" receipts that are photographed and submitted right after a restaurant makes the initial authorization. Even though my receipt has included the tip, as submitted, after the restaurant resubmits the charge with the tip included, Ramp then deletes my original receipt and asks me to submit it again--which is a problem because I threw away the paper receipt at times, until I figured out this quirk of fate system. Ramp needs to fix this. If it does, I will give it FIVE STARS in EVERY category!

Great Corporate Card

Commenti: So far we have been pleased. If we have any issues, the customer service has been quick to handle them.

Ramp is easy to use and has great features that will be helpful to most companies. They are constantly upgrading to add value to their product and customer service, when needed has been great.

Aspetti negativi:

The statement would be better for us if it was broken down by card. Instead all transactions are in one group by transaction date.

Game Changer

Commenti: Amazing! Cannot fathom how we did things so manually in the past without Ramp.

So easy to use. Interface. Users do most of the work (receipts, manager approval etc).

Some of the receipt rules and accounting rules could use more customization

Seamless Receipt Management

Aspetti positivi:

I love the ease of forwarding email receipts (except for Amazon - see below), snapping a pic of a physical receipt and texting it, etc. And the reminders by text and email mean that I keep up with receipts/expense reports without having to think about it as much as before. No losing physical receipts before I get around to submitting them, no forgetting, etc.

Aspetti negativi:

The only real negative I've found is the lack of seamless integration with Amazon. With pretty much any other vendor, I can just forward an email receipt to ramp. But for Amazon, you have to log in, download the invoice, and then send as a screenshot or attachment. I think this may be better if you have an Amazon business account, but we do not. I order from my personal Amazon account.

Staff loves Ramp

Limitations on certain parts, however, I see Ramp Plus is improving on things that were lacking.

Perfect for small or large businesses

Attach your receipt and complete your expense report within a minute of making your purchase. I can use it anywhere and anytime. No more rushing to enter all my expenses at one timeI can see purchases immediately and RAMP "talks" with multiple vendors - removing steps from my daily tasks.

Aspetti negativi:

Sometimes my receipt will not upload while using chrome on my mobile device. Might have more to do with my wifi, actually.

Highly recommend Ramp

Satisfied Ramp End User

Commenti: I use my Ramp card for department purchases. I can use it with any vendor that accepts cred cards so it is an easy way to make purchases.

Aspetti positivi:

My usage is just as a credit card. Its very easy to use for department spending. I can give access to my staff to use for supplies, etc. I receive spending update emails so I always know how much I've spent and how close I am to my monthly budget limit.

Aspetti negativi:

I have to enter documentation and receipts for purchases which takes time, but is not too bad.

Buying items from amazon

Aspetti positivi:

Easy process, quick feedback, and reminder, followed by closing cases that were in question

sometimes asking too much about text-confirmation when sign-in

Easy to Implement. Easy to Learn. Easy to Reconcile

Aspetti positivi:

Ramp allows for you to create digital cards to put on file for the various subscriptions team uses. This is super handy to ensure you don't have crazy spending on systems no longer in use. Another awesome feature is their texting of receipts. Rather than loading it into an app, Ramp will text you for the receipt and you can take pic and text it back. No uploading needed.
