All went well until I was too clever and actually ran a payroll on the proper processing date but with mutiple manual and test manual checks still in the system. I created a huge problem for the - payee's too much income and taxes, and for WorkPerks (specifically \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\]). They took over my problem, made it theirs and explained what they would do to correct it. Never once making me feel awkward or worse incompetent.
