Within one week of paid activation, our workspace had burned through the entire monthly 25-token allocation. The features that sold us the product became unusable on the plan we bought. The features that drove the purchase became unusable. We requested a refund within 14 days. Whale refused, citing a no-refund policy in their Terms \& Conditions. Future buyers beware: our entire organization feels this was bait and switch, hook line and sinker. The product is great when you have AI tokens to spend. You won't, for long. Once they take your money, you aren't getting it back. Customer service is non-helpful in these disputes and will tell you to go pound sand.
