It is like a therphy for your mind, once you put it in Cubicl you no longer have to think about it. Jokes aside, it is good for you if you are the managing or planning person. It is good for the team as well since communicating the tasks, results and reports through the Cubicl allows you to keep relevant context ready everytime yoy need it
