Moreover, the customer service team is very responsive and resolutive. > > **Inconvenienti**: I know the fact (I have seen it with my own eyes) that store managers NOT ALWAYS scan the keys as soon as they receive it. They leave it on the countertop and keep attending other clients putting at-risk the home safety. Moreover, it is pretty common that they don't have their Keynest phone operative (most of the time they have it without the battery charged) creating a delay in the whole operations process. Lastly, occasionally the stores don't honour their opening hours (mostly during weekends) creating a huge delay in the operations process > > Overall, I would say that the idea is good but the processes should be followed better.
