Perfect ecommerce platform for enterprises
Aspetti positivi:
The most impactful for our team was a very quick start of sales. The entire launch took only a few days, including all preparations, implementations, configurations and customizations. The basic version is available for free and some additional paid modules can be added if they are needed.
Aspetti negativi:
Nothing to complain about, highly recommend it!

Commenti: There are large efficiencies - our phone time is down by hours per week. This saves money, and staff time who can be deployed elsewhere. We also tend to get orders in quicker than before meaning route planning is much easier. I would also say that basket size is increased, especially when we have promotions featured.
Aspetti positivi:
The ease of use is a massive plus for us as a wholesaler, and for our customers. We haven't had a single complaint about the ordering process. Some of our customers are also familiar with other wholesale ordering portals, the response we've received is that they prefer this portal
Aspetti negativi:
Difficult to find fault. One thing I'd like to be able to do is quickly add a new product and image, without having to go through a cumbersome import and export via CSV

Lack of basic features and functionality. Everything is on-road the map. Lack of integrations with other software.

Commenti: Brilliant, a very good and effective ordering system to use. Alongside all the other benefits this has had allowed us to free our telesales staff for more work on business development and overall had a positive impact on our sales & ability to get new customers ordering.
Aspetti positivi:
The layout of the store & the fact that it remains a simple app to use is essential to us. Dealing with thousands of customers that are all from different back-grounds, we sometimes run into language barriers and other issues that can delay our telesales staff, the app cuts all of this out. Giving the customer a simple but effective was to place there order 24/7.
Aspetti negativi:
The ability to use the barcode scanning feature is slightly inconvenient when compared with other some of our competitors app's. Bestways / Parfetts use a swift server app and the scanning feature seems to be a smoother process end-finish, mainly due to not needing to take a pic of the item, instead just hovering your camera over the barcode. Using descriptions while searching for products is also sometimes a little tricky as sometimes you can search for 1 item and completely different results show.

We know all about the Bestway Cash and Carry barcode scanning capability as we developed it and they are a customer of ours, but your store has been developed using a different technology stack. B2B UK & EU Sales

The platform is great at giving a window into our distribution centres so our sales team don't always have to push the thousands of products we have. It also allows 24/7 customer ordering across the UK and EU with different languages, currencies and pricing. The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate and administer. We also have the flexibility to experiment with functionality to make the platform our own. The B2B store team have been great at making changes and adaptations to meet the needs of our business which can be very specific. They have a great commitment to making the platform work for us so its tailored to our needs, resulting in a digital service our customers use regularly. The b2b store team also brief us monthly on future functionality so we know in advance what is coming and how best to plan.
Aspetti negativi:
The log in area for customers is quite basic as well as the functionality to help them manage their account, which is a work in progress.
