We looked into various EMS solutions and time trackers, at the same time we learned about AtTrack. We were happy with their flexible and friendly approach during the first meeting and decided to give it a try. We are very satisfied with the results: never thought before that you can successfully control your remote team without making your employees feel uncomfortable. Staff resistance was our main fear and fairly so- to start with, our guys were not happy to learn they need to install a monitoring application. However, after a very short time they realised that this is not nearly as invasive as they thought it was going to be, and, on the contrary, everyone now is enjoying the fact that this app helps them to concentrate and waste less time on various distractions. Guys and girls now complete their tasks quicker and, as a result, have more free time. They can see how much time they spend on various tasks and manage their priorities. And, the most importantly, now there is more trust between the management and all the guys: everyone is aware of each other progress as we share the weekly reports. Management don’t have to ask uncomfortable questions\! Now we are thinking of reducing out office team. The autofill from active window when creating a task is very convenient to use. You simply choose the option and the name of the document becomes the name of the task in report. I like that you can view the reports of how you've spent your time - on what projects and clients. Very useful for my job. > > **Inconvenienti**: Windows version somehow seems to be overlooked. > > I've been using it for around 3 months now. It's mostly fine and easy but with a couple of bugs on the Windows version (my friend who uses AtTrack on Mac doesn't have these issues).
