> **Inconvenienti**: Integrating Avaya to record audio during video calls can be a bit clunky at first. once you figure it out, it is manageable but training new employees to manage two pieces of software can be a drag.

> We use Avaya because it offers a great softphone service that pairs nicely with teams and salesforce. I love the CRM Connector feature that turns our client info live. No more typing in numbers we just have to click in salesforce and it dials them in avaya. It also works well with our recording software that is needed for QA. We have been using versions of Avaya for years and the most recent update is solid. I primarily train new employees to use the software and once you get the hang of it everything is fairly intuitive.
