Commenti: Working with lucernex is very intuitive once you figure it out. Until then though it is most reccomended to have someone on their support or staff work with you on items.
Aspetti positivi:
The user friendly finding of needed information. The people who work on/with lucernex always are willing to find any possible solution for a users case, ease of most configurability, integratable programs, reportability on almost all things
Aspetti negativi:
Cost tracking ability, bidding module does not show capex/internal budget lines to compare bids to, unable to select all to check in as an admin, no punch list built in, project side issues can take a while to resolve

Aspetti positivi:
Out of the box, it works as advertised with yes initial set up required, but intuitive workflows and processes. Add to that best in class customization and you have both initial and advanced solutions available.
Aspetti negativi:
Support ticket turnaround times are improving, but have historically been slow. When they are fulfilled, it's usually successfully team as the knowledge level on the support team is great.
My LX Thoughts
Commenti: There are many things that my company wishes LX could do or provide. For example, a flowchart for the workflows. We had to make all of those ourselves. I like the system, but I have nothing to compare it too. I just wish the customer service wasn't hit or miss.
Aspetti positivi:
I like the workflows and how you can customize forms, pages and templates.
Aspetti negativi:
Customer Service and tickets lack if you don't get the core people. They outsource customer support to places like Brazil. Customer service needs help, why do you make us explain the business impact for support tickets? You have to pay if you want to sit down and pick someone's brain about how to set up something new like the bidding modules.

Commenti: Implementation (through covid) was a bit of a challenge, along with splitting the portfolios for the go live schedule, but was still successful. Post Go-Live, the Managed services and support teams have been wonderful. Highly recommend the Managed Services to any one that asks (and those that don't)!

I love the customizability and the ease of user interface. The help section is great along with the Dashboard options.
Aspetti negativi:
Security user setup is difficult and needs to be more Admin friendly. Also need to Drag and Drop feature for documents!
A Powerful Tool
Commenti: It's a lot to learn at first and can feel like a constant journey at times. However, I've been using it for 5 years now and it's capabilities still surprise me.

It's customizability, flexibility and reporting.

Some inconsistent features and support frustrations.
