To this day they have never provided a ticket number, a charge history, or a decision date - the three things I asked for in writing, over and over. After days of pressure they refunded $60 of the $150 and kept the remaining $90. When I pointed out that their own invoices contradicted their version of events, the reply was literally: "You always have the option to dispute the matter with your bank." So I am. If you sign up for the trial, set a reminder to cancel the same day, because this company is counting on you forgetting.
