> **Vantaggi**: I have not found any pro's to Time Clock Plus.    I have found that customer service will provide different answers to the same question.

> **Inconvenienti**: Everything starting with customer support or lack thereof.  TCP is not user friendly.  There are options set up in the system that does not work.  Example, there is a box you can check that would remove occurrence points at 90 days, but it doesn't work.   I have asked customer support and they agreed this is not a valid option.

> I have not had good experiences with TCP.  This is why our company is looking to switch, looking for a product that supports their customers.  Something more user friendly.
