> **Vantaggi**: What I like most about HiFlow is that we could configure it to create a solution that meets our needs and those of our customers.  We were assigned two project managers who provided excellent service before, during and after the implementation.  They have many developers on staff that are available to make changes to the configuration as needed.  I also really like the reporting and dashboards which provide excellent visibility on the day-to-day operations of our business.

> **Inconvenienti**: HiFlow is very flexible but complex at the same time.  It has taken our team a while to set up and understand the system.  With any change, there is a learning curve for everyone.

> My experience with HiFlow has been very positive.  They are available to answer our questions and even though we made the conversion in \[sensitive content hidden\], we still have weekly meetings with our project managers so we can ask questions, troubleshoot problems, and make improvements to the system.
