Everything is streamlined and easy to access. I love the color codes, notes with time and date stamp and tracking is made very easy. Overall, I love the program. > > **Inconvenienti**: - the fact that I could not download or fully open up the jpeg or png files attached to the items entered on studio. I had to save those files as pdf so that when attached, I could open and fully see them. Also, it was hard not having the option to rename those attached files once they were attached. - the fact that once the item is invoiced, the accounting is closed and we could not add or adjust that item. Or once the invoice is sent to the client, we cannot keep adding and do a running total on it so that we do not have to create a new invoice for additional parts for that item such a freight, etc. - it does not have the customizable option for the client to digitally approve each item directly on the proposal when emailed to the client, like some other softwares do, and have the proposal update automatically with the new total calculated so they can sign and submit payment right there. > > Overall it has been a great experience to use the program. They also have no live customer support. It is also almost impossible to leave this company without losing a huge amount of data. They set you up to lock you in and then don't provide a reliable product. > > I have been a client of this business for a very long time and have been troubled by the recent downtick in customer service that has taken place over the past year, in conjunction with multiple issues with the product itself. I have recently encountered a major glitch in their accounting platform that has ground my year end tax reporting to a halt. Their lack of on-demand customer support has left me waiting over 10 days for a response through their support portal. As a business owner, I cannot stress enough how detrimental this is to the flow of running a business. I have spent hundreds of dollars paying my bookkeeper's hourly rate as they try to navigate these issues, with no resolution in site. Not being able to get ahold of a human being who can address major issues that occur with their software is extremely troubling. I cannot stress enough to potential new users, and existing users, to fully understand what you are getting into. They do not have sufficient support. They do not have good response times. They do not support your business when things go wrong.
