Commenti: Since changing from PestRoutes to ServSuite (fun fact they are owned and ran by the same company) my team and I have been disappointed on many regards. From performing daily functions, to receiving customer service, this database has been difficult to work with. When we originally were shopping around ServSuite stood out as it claimed to provide many additional features that we did not have access to with our current database. While these features do 'exist' within ServSuite they are either not reliable, or provide inefficient or inaccurate results. The customer service has not been impressive as issues can take weeks to months to resolve.
Aspetti positivi:
The database has many different functions. I have yet to discover all of them, however, if working, some functions come in quite handy for quickly accessing documents.
Aspetti negativi:
The add on feature for intelligent routing has not proven to be as 'intelligent' as claims were when we pitched on this feature. The always seems to be a glitch in the system somewhere. I have experienced having to wait over 1 hr for a customer account to load which caused very low productivity for our office. I have also experienced the customer service team telling me that the issue I came to them with will not be resolved for up to 2+ weeks due to another more important issue they are currently dealing with. All in all we pay a pretty sum to use this database and when issues come up finding a resolution is an uphill battle.

That is slow 95% of the time. It takes the tech longer to complete the form on the program then it does doing the actual paperwork. The tech constantly have issues with the mobile program. You have to wait 24 hrs to get any response. I've been asking for sentricon training for about 5 months now and have yet to get that set up. If you have an issue that act like the court system. You have to prove it to them instead of them looking into it.
