> **Vantaggi**: Rent Manager is so easy to implement and train new property managers.  It is user friendly and whenever there are questions the customer support team is so helpful\!  Whether it is an RM rep on the phone or the chat box, they solve bugs and issues quickly. It is worth the investment in the software because it helps manage all types of tenants in one place.  I like that our accounting team as well as onsite managers can use the same software, it makes it a true value for the money.  We don't need two software packages.

> **Inconvenienti**: The only issue I have run into with RM is around the beginning of the month, I get bumped off frequently.  It seems to be an issue with the servers and having so much traffic at rent collection time during the month.

> **Inconvenienti**: A lot of User Interface gap connections, Scripting is difficult with little guidance of which Class/Function applies to what etc., NO Free add-ons, Tenant difficulty using/instruction on use, limited \# of users can access at one time, rent manager university only has 1 profile included, can be extremely costly with addition of all of the add-ons to make it the way you want it to function which can be time consuming trying to find alternative ways to make things work. Limitations in scripting result in trying to find loopholes.

> Good when utilized by all staff/tenants, RM Support is Great BUT all add-ons cost additional, difficult scripting \& system gaps lacks functionality unless you have it set up fully by an IT department/higher data support/developer role.

These checklists can even include instructions for completing each individual tasks as well as links to off platform videos ( think google drive, Loom and Youtube) for walkthroughs of more difficult tasks

> **Inconvenienti**: Wish there was a way to back up data into a non-RM platform file that can easily be reviewed outside of RM. Only backups we are aware of are data sets that can only be viewed inside of the RM platform

> Bit of a longer learning curve to get started just because of the myriad of features available for use. Once we got it customized to our needs it runs very smoothly for our company.
